It does not govern the data that Aarden processes on behalf of its customers through the Aarden platform and related services (the "Services"), which is addressed in the applicable Master Services Agreement, Data Security Addendum, and any associated data processing terms. If you are an authorized user accessing the Services on behalf of a customer, your organization's agreement with Aarden governs that data.
